Bought 6 gas struts for my '04 Chevrolet SSR. Fantastic upgrade and replacement for the aging original struts. I'm very happy with the quality of the new replacement parts. I recommend these parts to anyone I see who asks about where I got them.

But the measure of a real committed professional organization is their ability to understand a problem, create a concept to solve it, implement that solution and do so while interacting in a positive productive manner.Nolan at LS technologies was the only person then I spoke to that cared enough to understand my problem take the data that I supplied and create a solution in a cost-effective way and explain it to me . He created working drawings that were easy enough for a novice to follow and implement.Nolan is the go-to guy in this field. While other companies were more concerned about what was in it for them. LS technologies was more concerned about solving a problem.How can I not recommend you calling LS technologies for help with your need. What more could we ask for as a customer then someone to join us in solving our need, with a workable practical answer while treating us incredibly fairly with dignity and caring. Could I have bought this product at a lower price, maybe the parts but I would never be able to buy a solution and a wealth of knowledge only paying for the price of parts.This company reminds me more of a bygone era where you used to go into your local hardware store and that person was not only your mentor but someone that you built a relationship with for the long term.Nobody asked me for this endorsement, but gratitude for help given compels me to do so. Excellent service! Replaced a couple shocks for storage compartments on my boat and decided to change out the spring support on my glove box for a gas one. Brought the boat by and they rigged it up for me since the old mounts wouldn't work. Will be back in the future. Thanks again!

Sold me tailgate struts that did only lasted a year. One of the sockets were faulty and kept popping off - potential damage to my power liftgate. Would not respond to my complaint.UPDATE: LS Tech responded right away to my google review. It was a miscommunication between both parties - an email that shipped through the cracks - it happens. They sent me replacement struts - hardware and shipping free of charge. They are installed now - so far, so good.

Super fast service. They installed the shocks on my vans rear door with no problem. Price was comparable to other sources hat would have me install them.

Fantastic and friendly service. Not only were the staff pleasant to deal with, but they have extensive knowledge and skill, and are keen to share that.I brought in a tonneau cover with a broken spring, and essentially for free they fixed it for me. They were clear that I didn't need to buy new ones, but the prices were so affordable and staff so genuine that I elected to buy new ones anyway.Importantly, they make their own springs, so they're invested in the quality and can make what you need.

I ordered and received gas struts in June of 2018. I finally got around to mount the struts on a horizontal mounted door for a bar shed in June of 2019 and I can’t find the mounting instructions on a Saturday morning. I should note that LST had me send all the dimensions and weight of the door for the right struts. I text and emailed Nolan on Saturday morning and received mounting diagram a couple hours later.
