When I arrived to pick up a UPS Package, Jordan was on the phone. He should have asked me to wait and I would have understood, instead he lied and said the package had not arrived and to return at 5pm. I returned home and called UPS, they assured me the package was there and had been since the previous night.I called Jordan, this time he put me on hold and checked...yes this time the package was there. I was not impressed.
