My hobbies of martial arts and bushcraft can tend to be hard on my body. Adam has a wealth of knowledge and has been able to keep my multiple injuries at bay so I can continue to be active. He's got an excellent long term view of recovery which brings great results!

I had a stage 2 shoulder separation, just short of requiring surgery according to the doctors. I started seeing Adam immediately after. At the time it seemed impossible to regain full mobility and strength. Less than a year later and my shoulder is as good as new. I'm back-squatting, shoulder pressing, doing push-ups, pull-ups again like nothing ever happened. Couldn't have done it without Adam's knowledge and abilities. Highly recommend him. In fact I'm continuing working with him to improve overall posture.
