Drove from Ontario to Moncton and my mini Martin needed a truss rod adjustment due to weather fluctuation. These guys did the adjustment fast and free! They were also friendly and courteous. For what it’s worth, this location has a beautiful guitar wall that easily competes with the big Toronto locations. They also have lots of nice guitar straps, shirts, hats, etc. This is one of the nicest L&M locations I’ve been to, and the staff is second to none. Thanks!

I've been dealing with long and McQuade since the early 90's and have never had a problem, the selection is awesome no matter what you play or if you need rentals the staff is very friendly and helpful, they are very knowledgeable in each of their respective areas of expertise, if you're a beginner or advanced, i highly recommend you drop in to long and McQuade cheers.

I’ve been shopping here for years, from back when they were on High Street. (Moncton Music Centre) A lot of the same faces from the 90s. That says a lot about how they treat their employees and I can say with confidence they treat their customers equally well. Great selection and friendly service.

Luc is a great teacher. Yannick is a Great teacher .I dont know the other ones but im sure they are all good. The staff are very friendly and are helpful . I reccomend you get lessons here. They also have helpful staff and convenient location to buy music books. And instruments..
