Edit: Since the new owners took over, quality and service have gone way down. They refuse to take phone orders for takeout, get your order wrong 2 times out of 3 and the staff seems more interested in chatting with each other than serving their customers. Ordering for takeout in stores has become a very frustrating experience (through ubereats is fine).Best pad thai in town. Cleanliness is undisputed;

Excellent pad thai and was tempted by a very creative and healthy menu selection. Friendly staff. Bright big windows. Free Wifi and an outlet to plug in! Although I only tried one dish, I got the impression that the range of choice and quality seem much higher than the other franchises I’ve been to.

This service is the worst ever, not only are they dirty and inspection should go give them a visit but they messaged up my order completly and of course theycdont accept it and argue with me - no hot sauce, no peanut sauce for the spring roll , no utensils, no sorry they don’t care.

Food is amazing when i buy 12:00pm mon-fri. However food is different after 7pm. Beef usually tastes like water after 7pm. If you want it spicey you have to personally tell the cook. Don't trust the cashier with your order.

My son and his friends just ate at your restaurant today June 4th. They ordered spicy noodles with shrimp and instead got pad regular Thai noodles with broccoli stems. STEMS ! They were disappointed. Charged $31.00 for 2 meals for what seemed reheated as they said it was ready in 1 minute . The cook did not even use the wok as my son noticed they used it for a client who was an adult. Shame on you for taking advantage of kids. You just lost future clients. Your chicken is not even chicken but pork. Disgusting.

Dont order from here, special not with uber eats as you can't get reimbursement when half the ingredients are missing. Portions are horrible, whole container filled with noodles and barely any beef and that's charged extra!

The food is good but customer service 00 made me lose my appetitecustomer service worth more than foodAt least to me. The way you give me the food is everything. First of the agent acted like i was supposed to know the menu did not ask what kind of meat i wanted nor how spicy i wanted it then the food was ready the cook handed it over to me. And it was take out, i had to request a bad with she gave to me against her will and of course without any plastic wear nor napkins or sauce or a THANK YOU whoever is the lady that worked on june 18 at 4 20 p.m is the one I’m referring to. The store is so closed to my home but next time i crave for thai express I’ll go somewhere they value customers. I hope management will read this. It’s a constructive review I aint hating on anyone

Me & my boyfriend ordered 1 chicken pad thai & 1 general thai with rice… As soon as we finished paying the plates were already ready. I thought to myself “ It was really quick something must be wrong…” When I got home my pad thai was really really spicy and I asked for a little bit of spice. Being pregnant I can’t handle the heat like before so I ended up not eating it. My boyfriend however ordered a spicy plate and got a non spicy dry general thai… never again!!
