My family and I have been going to Dr. chan for the last 8 years. He and his staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Chan is great with my kids, he always makes them feel at ease and they never complain about having to go to the dentist.

I have had nothing but a great experience during the last nearly 10 years of going there. I have never felt pressured or mislead as a patient. Both of my boys (10 and 6) see Dr. Chan. He is wonderful with kids. So calm, gentle and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. He will take time to answer any questions that you may have. Going to see this dentist is never a drag for them. I decided to get Invisalign to celebrate my 50th year and fix my teeth after years of smiling without my teeth showing. I have nothing but high praise for the professionalism and ease of this whole process! Dr. Chan and Christine have just been fantastic every step of the way. I have 4 months left of my treatment and I'm already grinning WITH my teeth! Invisalign is so easy to do and no one knows I'm wearing them. Dr. Chan has been our dentist for 15 years, he is highly professional and knowledgeable as well as attentive and accommodating. I had implant done by dr. Chan few years back and very happy with result. Dental hygienist Irena is very welcoming and patient, I had some specific requests during my last cleaning and was very happy with her service. Great people and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Chan's dental office is bright and sunny. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. They take their time with each patient. Dr. Chan is caring and makes sure the patient is comfortable with every step of the procedure. I'm always relaxed when i go to his office. I'm never rushed.

Dr. Chan listens to his patients! He adjusts to your comfort so that you leave with a good memory of your visit (and not trauma!). If your threshold of pain is low, he will adjust accordingly. He does not insist on costly and time consuming procedures when he could otherwise deal with it simply. He makes you feel comfortable and your visit amazing! I have had two other dentists I tried the 7 years I’ve been in Aurora. I finally found Dr. Chan a year or so ago and I have stayed on with him since then. It doesn’t matter if you come in for a hygiene visit only, for a filing or for the more challenging extraction. You are given excellent care all the time. Thank you to Dr. Chan and his whole team.
