Great place to buy shoes and boots instead. Price is always very good, especially if you look in the Sales section you can almost always find something at unbeatable deal. And the store clerks are super helpful and friendly too.

Spent $350 in shoes yesterday. Went home with 2 left ones in one set. Went back the day after to exchange. Was asked to pay 15$ difference. When i asked why, the Manager was quite rude, saying 'the sale ended yesterday' loudly. A one day difference and their mistake cost me 15$. A small cost to some, but still enough to make this shopper change stores. Brutal

Went in to buy some shoes, was told they were out of stock which was fine but I was told I could order online. So I came back to try and order online and was told I could not and the employee was quite rude about it, no sorry about that or anything. Made me feel very unwelcome at the store.

Not from the area but wanted to find some new shoes. I highly recommend this place. reasonable prices, huge selection, great workers-- everyone is just so warm and welcoming. my first experience was a great one.

Went there with elderly disabled mother, they would not let her use the washroom, the employee was very vocal and adamant that no one including the elderly were allowed to go in due to stock items being stored, I had to take her a few blocks away, I bought shoes there because I needed them but I'm not going back there to shop again, even if they had 10 million dollars worth of stuff in there we wouldn't steal it, my mother just wanted to use the bathroom.My mother felt awful after that, that's no way to treat the elderly and disabled.

You need to visit the store. The cost of the pair of shoes I was looking at, were cheaper at the store than online. Besides you can try them on. I'll continue to buy here.
