Most unhelpful and unprofessional staff I have ever deal with. Confused, slow, unorganised, and does not reply to email when there is an urgent request.

Great speedy service. I was impressed ! This clinic is very professional and organized. You can see that they work hard to keep this place running smoothly. With 3 or 4 receptionists and 2 separate waiting rooms, the waiting time was very short. The staff and the doctors were super helpful and nice. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at this clinic. Happy I found them.

Doctors are excellent... Once you get there... Over 20 people waiting before you can even talk to a receptionist to let them know that you have an appointment! No way they can respect your appointment if you can't even cross the reception for almost one hour!Good doctors but very poor management.

I am a patient of this clinic and saw Dr. M. Sanft. She was very professional and on time. She took my problem seriously and not only treated me but also gave me great advice on eye health going forward. Very lucky to have such a great Doctor for my eyes!

Very rude receptionist. Dr. Biernacki was good, unfortunately the staff is awful.

The Doctors were fantastic, but the staff (receptionists especially but also one of the technicians) were incredibly unprofessional. First, one the head receptionists started openly criticizing the technician staff in front of everyone, and then when a rude patient was confrontational, they were openly antagonistic and even maybe tried to antagonize the rest of the patients stating, “I don’t speak English, this is Quebec” and then stated that they were going to try and provoke the patient when she returned to reception. I was also scheduled for an appointment at 10:45 and only got saw and completed at 14:00, left at 15:00. Again, doctors amazing, staff is terrible.

Very professional stuff.I had a small issue with the referral from my doctor, the office manager solved the problem and followed up with the phone call to make sure everything is good, thank you Orit!

The staff are polite-enough and they have 1 manager who's kinda organised, but if you're not careful they'll waste months of your time. It started off with the doctor not-showing-up to my first appointment and ended up with me coming back here 3 times over 4 months to eventually end up at LASIKMD (I could have walked myself into a free consultation at LASIKMD within a week or two and not wasted all the time). At no point was I asked to pay for anything, so I think they're billing RAMQ for pointless appointments.
