very very frustrated with their service, they took 3 months to decide whether my car need to fixed or to write off, poor service, front staff is nice but not a happy with the person who was looking after my case. he never gave a proper answer. it most frustrated and I believe instead of fixing my car he just pick up every tiny detail to add up money so that ICBC can write off. disappointment not at all happy do not go there to fix. dnt trust them.

Quoted me $3300 to fix some damage on my dually. Pick up my truck and 1 of the 4 things I wanted fix was completely ignored and the bill was $3800.Called him a couple months ago about some rust on the roof of my pickup and he was rude about it. Literally the worst service from any body shop in FSJ. Alaska Highway is no better.

Very easy to get in for an estimate, and the repairs were fast and high quality. Friendly people, good work, and easy to book with. They had my paint job done in three days!
