Great customer service, taking the covid-19 seriously, self-assess required upon entry, separate enter and exit doors, restricted areas of showroom. Kudos to the staff. Will buy from there again.

Premier equipment built a beautiful new building that replaced the Courtland/Simcoe location. We've purchased several X350 lawn tractors over the years and have had no serious mechanical issues with any of them. And any issues of any kind it's good to know Henk has ones back if needed. We've used ken in sales the last three X350's and Ken's been great to deal with. So if someone isn't completely happy with what they are using, can't seem to work out personal problems or if you just want to see this huge showroom in a new building, head to Norwich area. Believe me, I won't suggest/recommend a product or person unless Ive experienced things first hand and can speak from experience. Garry

Nice store. VERY nice helpful people but they didn't have an air filter for a Stihl engine. Should be a basic item for any parts department.

This dealership is well organized for dealing with COVID with a self assessment at the front door, hand sanitizer, curb side pickup available, social distancing marks on the floor, areas of the showroom restricted, and separate entrance and exit doors. I came in to pick up some STIHL equipment and Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I am new to the Woodstock area and Premier will be my new dealer for STIHL and John Deere equipment. I am already looking forward to my next purchase!

Horrible customer service. Dropped off chainsaw for service for the 2nd time to repair for the same issue. I purchased a brand new trimmer at the same time. Over the span of a month and a half I called 4 times to check up on status, I got a different story every time with a different excuse as to why the saw was not repaired. The last time I called talked to Samantha who was helpful she told me when it would be done and what the charge was going to be. She told me they had 3 hours in labor which would be reduced to a half hour charge due to the hassle and my previous visit paying to have it repaired (never solved the problem). I was happy and ready to grab the saw. My wife went to pick up they made her wait 15mins to try and figure out the bill. The y charged her another $100 over what was quoted. I called and talked to Samantha she said her boss would not reduce the bill and they had 5 hours into the saw?? They fixed things and charged me for items I did not even ask to be done. If they would have called me prior to any repairs with a estimate I would have never put that amount into a 20yr old saw and could have purchased a new one! I will never purchase another item from this dealership again! Horrible experience

I recently had Premier pick up a brand new John Deere mower I purchased from Home Depot. The service was excellent picked up and dropped off the very next day. Had premier price a mulch kit for it and they were $75 cheaper than home depot even after install labor. Top shelf service I would recommend these guys to everyone.

My old lawn mower conveniently quit on me right as I needed it most. Sent a quick message to the Tavistock team and Bill had me set up with a new one, paperwork completed and on my way, literally within the hour. Excellent service and incredibly quick turn around
