Working with Laura, Lina and the rest of the Neolé team to put together a series of online collaborative meetings and round-table webinars was an absolutely pleasure. Not only were they able to accommodate and support our numerous events, they were instrumental developing a revised strategy when plans had to change around holding a hybrid forum vs a fully online event due to new waves of the Covid pandemic. The team at Neole are a pleasure to work with. They joined our the YWCA Canada team for a series of sessions to help us develop a Team Charter and map out an OKR process all over Zoom. Each session was engaging, they introduced tools and discussion in a fluid way. I would say we were quite engaged. They modeled remote collaboration systems that we have already added to our toolbox. At the start of the pandemic, I ran my first virtual Ideation session, partnering with Neolé. Laura was an amazing partner -- she walked us through the preparation, training on Stormz (a new platform to my team) and provided technical support during the session. My organization is located in Singapore, and I've had the experience of using Stormz from Neole through Internal workshop plannings as well as external workshop vendors. Stromz is a well-built platform that helps participants stay interacted and engaged during the conduct of virtual workshops.The platform has also made plannings and conducting of our workshop very much smoother and seamless and we really appreciate the support we have gotten from Teresa despite our time zone differences.

Neolé supported our organization to reimagine an annual in-person conference in the virtual world. They collaborated closely with our team to plan the format and build excitement with attendees.
