False description of “Return” condition, actually Salvage" condition. This is not inline with industry standard. Hard to believe it happened to a major player in the industry.........Claimed DJI drone with " Fly More Combo with Smart Controller" etc

Don't waste your hard earned money. They will sell Bezo's garbage as online returns, however 99% of the merchandise is either salvage or for parts only, when you find something new it is so cheap that you can't make any money on.

Bought 3 skids of returned items without checking the reviews earlier. I was expecting to makes some profit during pandemic unfortunately lost close to $3000. Pretty much all of them having issues like missing cables, damaged power plug, battery dead, missing parts and you name it.I doubt if workers were bidding to raise the prices since price goes up unexpected all the time.Go somewhere else to get the product.

I have purchased several lots from them over the past several months. Have made significant profit on every lot but one. HOWEVER, you need to do your research! Some lots have a lot of info to go on, some you need to examine the photos. There have been lots of issues with items being missing or different from the manifest, etc. but they have always compensated me for the issues. Helps to be assertive.

Do not use online coupons for extra savings, Liquidation website doesn't work like it is supposed to. I bought a few pallets and applied a coupon online, the coupon removed the shipping charges and I checked out. Paid for all the pallets and immediately received an email notification to arrange shipping. It turns out that instead of declining the coupons the website processed the transaction as I had requested to arrange shipping by myself. 200 cancelation fee, can't arrange shipping after the fact, sent them a few emails and no response. 1800 line customer service is horrible. Never doing business again.

I recently purchased a pallet from this company and was charged for shipping ($300+). I realized this was a mistake (I live close by and would do a local pickup) and called back immediately. They would NOT refund me. They stated they had already shipped the item (how? I just paid for it). They will not refund me for this. I am now out a significant amount of money for a meh" pallet.Now waiting 2 business days for a manager to call back.Also
