They should never be trusted with puralator packages, they gave away my 2k pc to someone with fake ID.

The owner of the store is very rude and short with people. He doesn't help or explain anything about the services offered. I went there with my small daughter in her stroller and he aggressively pushed the stroller out the way to talk to a friend while ignoring customers who were waiting.Would never go back there Again!Highly do not recommend.

Worst Purolator location ever. I got there WAY before 6pm to pick up my IMPORTANT package only to find out Purolator took it away for two weeks? So first of all I went there for absolutely NOTHING. Went out in the blistering cold and storm, risked slipping and being blown away AND spent $3.50 bus change to be told this ridiculous business practice. And second if you close at 6pm, then arrange Purolator to pick them up AT SIX PM. Not before your business closes, that's unfair to so many people who work until 5pm. So inconvenient and the worst business practice. Imagine if YOU went out to spend money, out in the blistering cold only for nothing? So stupid. Do better. Now I have to call Purolator when I HATE HATE calling customer service in the first place. Not fun. Purolator needs a new location pick up in this area, not this place.

got my business product with them for years, they do good job and eight pricing however communication is lacking.when i go there it seems i am bothering them. They look confuse and respond to email without fully answering your important question. Got banner, business card and tshirts and flyers from them.

If dropping off Purolator packages come with QR already printed, it's a 2$ minimum that they only tell you about after the fact.

They should never be trusted with puralator packages. Don't seem to validate identification and my package was given away to somebody else. Second time it happens!
