The London Scoping Centre

My experience was a positive one. I was in and out in no time. Dr. Thomas was wonderful, I felt comfortable in the procedure room, my nurse Erica was pleasant, as was Lynn. My privacy was protected, I was thrilled I didn't have to wear one of those ugly open back gowns, was able to keep up shirt on. We need more places like this. We should not have to wait up to a year for a Colonoscopy, or Endoscopy.

I went on April 6, 2023 for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. This was my first time at a Scoping Center and not a hospital.I found the people there very nice. Professional and they certainly know what there doing.Was put completely out. I would go back there no problem.

Never again. If you feel nervous about this place, you should. Compared to a hospital, this place is a chop shop for colonscopies.DISORGANIZEDFilthy, not organized, and not nearly clinical enough for my comfort level having not eaten for over 24 hours or slept much in preparation for this probe.I was called to come in 30 minutes early (which I did) but ended up waiting 45 minutes beyond my original appointment time. As I was waiting half undressed for almost an hour in a frigid open air, curtained area, I got to hear all the staff dropping everything to go to the back parking lot to see Donna's dogs. The dogs are beautiful apparently. This clinic is the opposite.PATIENT FACTORYUp to 50 patients per day are scoped here.A poor woman next to me in recovery asked for something to drink and was turned down. They give each patient 20 minutes sharp in recovery then shove them out the door (sans wheelchair) into a very busy parking lot. I saw this happen with multiple patients while I was there who were clearly not lucid or had limited stability. The woman next to me also expressed she needed 5 more minutes in recovery and the nurses response was It's time to go NOW."In case these proceedures aren't hard enough

In and out in half an hour- very kind staff who put up with my sense of humor. Special shoutout to Bonnie who was very kind and drew a happy face on my Band-Aid

This place is great! I was nervous about getting my first colonoscopy here at 19 after reading some concerning reviews but the staff were all very kind and made me feel comfortable. I was in the waiting room for about 45 minutes because it was quite busy as expected, but I still didn't feel rushed at all after the procedure and they even offer water and protein shakes in the recovery room

As good an experience as can be expected. Easy check-in, knowledgeable staff and easy recovery.

After having both a scope and a colonoscopy at UH this place is awesome no hours of waiting and I read the only bad review and they are wrong after having a scope at UH I could not swallow properly for 2 months this place I saw Dr Chande this man Is amazing not only does he have amazing qualifications he puts you at ease is very professional as is the entire staff. I had no adverse effects and they don’t snow you heavily with medication and it wears off quickly with no nausea and vomiting! I will never go any place but the Scoping center in the future! My appointment was on time quick and efficient and with no lasting effects!! Highly recommend this place

My nurse could not even manage getting me a glass of water and a box of tissue - those 2 requests as I was experiencing unmentionable post-procedure vomiting, overwhelmed her. Unbelievable. Got an infection in my face and throat and ended up at emergency in agony and could not speak for 10 days and my epiglottis was gagging me for 3 weeks it was so damaged. Beware.

This place is wonderful. The staff are all very nice. Parking is difficult, it would be better if you could be picked up outside the front door. Overall a relaxing way to have your procedures done.
