DAVIDsTEA - Market Mall

The Davids Tea at Market Mall is the best one i've been to in a long time. the costumer service is lovely and the vibes are just there. The one small asian girl helped me out today and it was the best services ever! 10/10 recommend going to the market mall location, you wont be disappointed.

I attempted to use a Happy giftcard to purchase some items. It did not swipe through easily on the handheld POS, so I was told that the store did not accept these cards anymore. When I pointed out that DavidsTea is clearly listed on the front of the card, the staff member shrugged her shoulders and said 'take it up with corporate'.I just logged into the online store and was able to process an order using the exact same giftcard, which is in fact listed in the FAQs as an acceptable form of payment.Luckily for me, the prices online were 50% off compared to the store. Anyways, not sure how the brick & mortar and online stores differ.. I am disappointed as this store usually has excellent service.

After a challenging online ordering experience I stopped by this location and chatted with Rhiannon about what happened. She was SUPER helpful and fixed all of the issues I experienced online. She was very empathetic and clearly cares about customers a lot. Thank you SO much!! I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, if I could give more stars, I would. Cold 911 is the best tea ever if you feel unwell.Rhiannon is awesome and her recommended tea was excellent for my needs.

Terrible customer service. I asked about purchasing a mug. The associate looks around and can't find the box. Says nothing more and walks off while I'm still waiting.Even if there is no recourse or solution, communicate please. Say something and don't leave customers hanging.

Came about an hour after their posted opening hours, but had a sign that said they Were taking longer than expected to do inventory" and the lights were off and doors shuttered. My problems with this statement: 1) There were no staff actually there

Do not bother to place an order online. I have tried twice now and each time it was a truly horrible experience. They take much longer than their quoted processing times but are quick to charge your credit card.Contacting customer service is pointless as the chat will time out, there is no email contact and if you call you will be placed on hold until they disconnect you because they don't want to keep you waiting"They will not allow you to cancel an order but instead want you to refuse delivery and return to sender at which time they will refund you. I cannot imagine the 'processing time' that would take.Stay away. Don't try to reason with them just issue a chargeback on your purchasing credit card as fraudulent. They are as terrible as the worst purchase you have ever made online."

every time i go in this store i feel so welcomed. i went in today to buy a mug for a friend and the mug alone was $26 but the cashier told me that if i get the mug with extra teas in it i would get it for $18. she didn’t try to get more money by selling me the more expensive one but instead told me there was a sale for a much better price!
