We were first time home buyers and from the get go Justin was honest and patient with us about the process and helped point out what homes would be good to buy while pointing out future things that we would have to get done to help maintain due to his experience as a home builder. This year he had a promotion for the home inspection based on the house cost which even though we had planned to do it otherwise shows how much he believes in getting one done before purchase.
