Good customer service, clean restaurant. But a little small and gets crowded easily. Food is fresh and lemonade is great. Worth getting a bite while there.

I love this place! Courteous & friendly staff! Great pretzels! Pretty quick service too, the queue was long when I was there and I didn't wait too long at all before I was paying for my order. 10/10 will visit every time I go to the outlets, gotta try them all.

Mr. Pretzel's outlet collection was very good, very friendly staff they are very professional I definitely recommend, especially for A-day out with the family, go shopping and grab yourself with Mr. Pretzels and enjoy the day you cannot go wrong it's not too salty and they have multiple flavors me personally I liked the buttered pretzels with that pinch of salt but definitely recommend it to anybody with there family or even when just shopping on your own and grab yourself a snackMr. Pretzel's at the outlet collection. Great fast service even waiting for a fresh one takes less then 5 mins.

The pretzels here are always hot and fresh and the staff is friendly. They currently have a deal where if you buy 5 pretzels you get the 6th free so we did that just to take some home.

The best pretzels ever! Surprisingly even better than Auntie Anne’s. What makes them better? They dunk their pretzel nuggets in warm butter before sprinkling them with cinnamon sugar. These ensures they are warm, moist and coated evenly every single order.

Mr.Pretzels Outlet Collection at Niagara
My wife and I visited this location and attempted to order two items for lunch. There were three workers and it was not busy. We were the only customers. However, the staff refused to make what we ordered and insisted for us to take something that was premade. When we said we wanted the items we ordered they again said no as it would take 6-minutes. Finally we gave in as two workers joined in and kept reiniterating the benefits of getting a more expensive ready made item that was more greasier. The customer service felt like bullying, never have I felt this before. Poor customer service, my wife and I are local and won't return.

So delicious! Their pretzels are so yummy and the pretzel dog bites are AMAZING! My family and I have been back a couple of times since their recent opening. Friendly staff doing a great job keeping up with a busy location. You need to try this place!
