If I could give this 0 star I would. Resfa supposedly the “owner” never gives the proper information to her customers. Omits crucial booking information at time of payment and changes the rules to benefit her pocket. She will steal your money and pretend to blame everyone else but her. Never booking with her/them again, neither should you.

They did not return our call. Their voicemail says they are open up to 3 pm on Saturdays but there was no one in the store. It was a complete waste of our time and gas. I don't know if the business is still active. With this kind of service I won't be surprised if have faced hard times. At least they can provide correct information.

Worst customer service ever! Resfa is only sweet when booking but if something goes wrong you're on your own. Nothing is done to meet half way with the customer. No vayan aqui, solo son amables para que les compren pero si hay problemas no responden ni te ayudan.

The Latin travel is the best travel agencies in Mississauga. I planned a trip to Colombia with some friends and my boyfriend and the airline tickets were so cheap and the hotel was gorgeous. She took care of us for sure.

unprofessional, Resfa shares customers personal, privileged information and details of travel with third parties (random people/ her friends). Surely that breaks professional and privacy laws for travel agencies. Take your business elsewhere if you value privacy and professionalism.
