I received part of my order today, however there was an extra bottle. When I emailed customer support, I promptly had an email back advising it was their error and to keep the extra bottle and the other portion of my order was on back order and would be out in 10 to 12 days. Such prompt and courteous service. Will definitely shop and promote again!

Ordered urine sample collectors - great price! When the package arrived, I had realized that there were ~15 units missing and reached out to their customer support. The agent (Sam) was able to quickly rectify the situation and I received the outstanding units by the end of the week!

I have very positive experiences with Home Health Store on 106 Avenue and 79 Street in Edmonton. I did business for first time this year online. Also I have visited their physical location as well. I find the staff helpful. There was an issue with an online order but the e-commerce staff followed up and fixed it. Also I pick up my online orders at the store as I am in the same neighborhood in Idylwyld. Overall, I recommend this store. I can also get an email response to questions about product availability and then order.
