Broadway Station Dental

This place is hands down the best Dentist I have been to. Dr Liu is outstanding and never cuts corners and always has time for questions.The admin staff are super friendly and are always there to assist when needed.I switched over to this dentist 4 years ago and this was one of the best decision I have ever made.Keep up the great work.

Dr Liu has been my dentist for 28 years. He was great when he first started and he's even better now. Maybe we're stuck in some sort of time warp because he doesn't even look any older. Jokes aside, my teeth have deteriorated over time but Dr Liu has done a great with them and there is no job he can't do. Here's to another 28 years.Oh, the receptionists and dental hygienists are great too.

Very happy with all aspects of this clinic.I came to Broadway Dental after a botched repair of a chipped tooth at another clinic (filling fell out while I was eating a PBJ). Dr Tulumello did a nice repair and has done a couple of other minor fillings for me since.I'm especially pleased with my hygienist Chris who has helped me establish an effective care routine despite multiple complications (chronic acid reflux, mouth breathing/dry mouth, gum recession, tooth grinding). He's very responsive and makes plenty of helpful suggestions for products and techniques. It's way beyond make sure you're flossing every day and don't press the brush too hard".The desk staff are also pleasant and helpful."

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been too! The staff is outstanding to interact with from start to finish. Dr. Shew personally contacted me, even while fishing on his day off, just to answer my questions and find out how I was recovering after my procedure. I choose to take a ferry, round trip, just to stay there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to this dental clinic for about 7 years. My dentist (Dr Tulumello) is fantastic and every hygienist who has ever taken care of my teeth have been excellent. Finally, every single one of the receptionists is so nice and helpful. A great team of professionals! Strongly recommended!

I've been to this office a couple times now and have had great experiences both times. Really friendly and professional staff who are very willing to talk through things with their patients. I ask a lot of questions, and they were awesome about explaining stuff.The standard of care is extremely high as well. As an example, I've had procedures involving anesthetics many times, and this was definitely the most painless experience I've had.

I was a patient for over 10 years. I was very pleased with my dentist. They have had change in hygentists and dental receptionists. I was placed with 2 different hygentists that were aggressive with cleaning. I had cavities that were overlooked. I had root canal and crown done that became infected. I do understand that they are not 100% effective. It took many phonecalls to receptionists to refer me to Endodontist that would overcharged me and have a month wait. I was in pain for 3 weeks until they found a new Endodontist that eventually saw me. I called and expressed that I wanted to see my dentist for a checkup (last check done over a year ago) since I had a tooth that cracked I had sensitivity with other teeth only to be told that he is not available and he is fully booked with other clients and taking new consultations/ new clients. I was happy with my dentist when I could see him. I would not refer as they are very busy and to be able see a your dentist can take up to month even if you have a emergency. I did speak to manger and I took time to communicate my needs with receptionist associated with dentist and I was told he's too busy. Since leaving Broadway Station Dental, I have new dentist and they were able to see me right away within a week. They found 8 cavities they took care of right away. If you become a new client at Broadway Dental Center you will get best care but if you are current client you may have a long wait for care for your teeth and you may end up with aggressive hygentists. I will not recommend this dental office to friends or family.

Dr. Shew & team were absolutely fantastic to work with! They took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, and made the process incredibly easy. I really appreciate their gentle & informed approach!

Dr. Saintonge is absolutely amazing! I have had some pretty bad luck with dentists in my 30+ years and because of them I had lost all faith in dentists and developed a fear for them. I had no insurance for years and had really neglected my teeth so I decided now that I have insurance I really need to face my fear of dentists and get the much needed work done... The hygienist (Jun) was a total sweetheart. She is always smiling and insuring that I was comfortable and relaxed and unlike the dentist and hygienists in my past, Jun, instead of telling me how bad me teeth were, would compliment me and tell me the great things I was doing with my oral hygiene, She's great! When it came time to meet my dentist, my heart pounded with anxiety as I imagine a fire breathing, 9 ft tall, money hungry monster with massive syringes and drills slowly walking towards the room, but then in comes this really nice genuinely caring woman who smiles and laughs with you and makes you feel like an actual person with feelings and BAM!, anxiety is gone. I have not had any issues with any of the great work she has done, all the work feels and looks natural and flawless and she is super fast compaired to my previous dentist". Her assistant (Rachella) is awesome too

Excellent staff and dentists! In my experience Dr Shew was very professional, helpful and personable.
