Oh! So Sweet Candy Shop

Last year I ordered over 60 dollars worth of snacks still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted them so many times and they said they’ll check it out but still haven’t. Slow customer service and very very bad experience. I still haven’t had a refund and still haven’t had my package. This was a scam!!!!UPDATE:When I posted this review and they said they'll help, they did NOTHING. I am extremely disappointed. I have bank receipts and proof that I ordered. So if you want to save your money I can recommend other snack shops! For example in Toronto area, there's a place called Exotic Snax GTA! Go check them out, they have really cool snacks :)

Oh! So Sweet Candy Shop is a true hidden gem! This delightful store is a haven for candy lovers and a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Very sweet, welcoming service. Lots of products to offer in the heart of Alliston. Retro and new candy. Supportive of local entrepreneurs.

Lots of unique and nostalgic items in the shop. Love going in and looking around being able to try new things or relive my childhood.

Great spot for a bunch of different types of candies/drinks.Highly Recommend!

Our absolute favorite stop for candy and neat drinks. The owner is as sweet as the candy! Great selection and cute little store front. A fun stop for kids and adults alike! among our favorite thing to buy is the mr c’s freeze dried treats, they are so tasty and cool!In addition to being a great shop, they did a candy table for our wedding. it was beautiful and our guests LOVED it!! highly reccommend for your special day!

I placed an online order back in August, on the 10th. It is now September 22nd and I have not received anything. I have emailed countless times to try and get an update on shipping, and I’m always met with the same answer “we will look into this for you” and then I never receive an update. Unfortunately I had to go through my bank and request a chargeback, as it’s been almost 2 months and I still am out product and money. I would not recommend this business.

Placed order before Xmas cut off date. Emailed and asked about shipping if it was going to be part of their no ship until after xmas. I was told could ship the week before the cut off time of xmas. No further commication after that if it was actually shipped when said or put as xmas order after the fact..Shipping took a month and a bit and when received, my order was put into a used Amazon prime box! Side note product was good company needs to have better communication and maybe there own shipping boxes!
