Kendra is an exceptional teacher and builds wonderful rapport with her students. She is highly respected in the equestrian community , having established a first-class facility and solid reputation with her clients.

My daughter has been riding with Kendra for 3 years now. From her first lesson to her first competition it was a seemles transition filled with fun, professional work and excellent communication. She continues to ride and develop riding skills with love and patience.

Kendra has been active in the Southlands riding community for over 25 years. She is a British Columbia and Canada certified coach and equestrian instructor. Her goal has been to achieve the highest standards for her students and herself in hunter jumper competition.Wilde Style Equestrian provides a comfortable atmosphere for riders to improve their chosen sport in a beautiful country like setting. Full board is available for riders who have their own horses. Schooling horses are available on site too.A great place to learn how to ride or take lessons to enter competitive riding. All centrally located in beautiful south Vancouver, BC.

Our 3 year old daughter started with wilde Style Equestrian bc in the spring of 2021. Our daughter has attended at weekly classes and horse shows. Kendra, Chris and Mya are all fabulous people to work with. Coaching a young child is not an easy task, and most other schools would not entertain taking on a 3 year old. They've managed to keep our daughter engaged in developing riding skills as well as grooming and tacking.Everyone we've met has been very friendly and supportive. Most importantly, our daughter loves it so much here she never wants to leave. Highly recommended.

Wilde Style Equestrian is a wonderful place where my daughter has grown leaps and bounds in her confidence as a rider. She has worked with Kendra for 5 years now and her love of horses and the sport continues to grow. Her appreciation for stable management, caring for the horses and learning to work with younger riders are very evident. My daughter understands the importance of good communication skills and hard work. She has also created many positive relationships with the other riders in her lesson group. It has become integral to her social and emotional growth. Kendra does a fabulous job of coaching her; very encouraging, calm and steady and always tries to challenge her to go to the next level. The barn is very well maintained by Chris and Kendra and the horses are all loved and well taken care of. The location the barn is easy to get to. The many riding packages offered give riders options for lesson times. Kendra is flexible when trying to accommodate school schedules for her students. Thank you Kendra and Chris!

I've ridden here for about 6 or 7 months. As an adult rider, I really wanted to learn not just riding skills, but a more rounded learning experience. Kendra uses the Rider Level program so that you really learn wholistically, which I really like and think makes for a better learning and riding experience as a whole. I've been taught by Kendra more recently, and by another certified instructor prior to her, and both are great. I like the friendly vibe of this stable, and as someone who has ridden here for lessons as well as taken trail rides, I think this is a really great place to either learn as a beginner, come for a trail ride, or grow as a more experienced rider. Kendra is approachable and calm, as well as knowledgable, which I really appreciate as someone who is learning as an adult. I've spent many happy hours here over the last several months, both on and off the horses. (Or ponies in my case, I'm pretty short)

I have been with Kendra for a little over 9 months and those 9 months have been very special. During the beginning of the COVID pandemic I decided that I wanted to start horse back riding, it started with just one lesson every Sunday which then turned into 3 a week. After riding for about 3 months I did my first show with one of Kendra’s horses. After that Kendra began help me to search for my first horse and after about a month we found Guinness who is now my first horse. Me and Guinness now ride 5-6 days a week and have progressed a lot with Kendra’s amazing coaching skills.

I have known Kendra for many years. My daughter started taking lessons with her when she was 5 and after a break, we came back to Kendra 2 years ago. The progress my daughter has made in 2 years is incredible, we experienced many coaches and Kendra is without a doubt the most professional, hard worker, kind and caring coach that we know. We feel that Kendra and Chris' family barn is our second home. Kendra cares about the kids and the horses like they're her own family. My daughter spends most of her days at the barn with her friends and her horse, they get many leadership opportunities and have many social events. The group of kids over there are very connected and love to spend time together after lesson hours. I will recommend Kendra to any rider at any skill level. Kendra is a role model to my daughter, and we love being part of this community.

I will definitely recommend this place. The kids are not only learning ridings but also are training in stable management and the horsemanship. Each month the equestrian also organises the riders to study the rider level test which can be used towards high school credits. The owner Kendra and Chris also organise movies in the stable, etc. lots activities to make the riding classes more fun. And compare to other Equestrians, the riding time and the price are very reasonable as well.

My sister has been riding with Kendra for several years now and I recently started as well. Kendra is an amazing coach with a reliable and hard-working herd of fantastic lesson horses. The barn has a friendly environment and it’s clear that Kendra puts effort into building a positive team spirit. Her younger students all seem to be friends with each other and get along nicely. A great place to build your riding foundations and advance your riding!
