I was overall disappointed in my experience. Food was WAY over priced for what you received. I was excited for the drinks but aside from the fun presentation they tasted horrible. Like flavoured water and the cheapest liquor on the shelf. The service was horrendous. The atmosphere (minus the music) was the best part. It just does not outweigh the pricing, service, and food. I will not be wasting my money there again. Go for the experience if you want, but in my opinion, don't get your hopes up.

Went a few months ago with my partner and it was fantastic! However, we went back last night and unfortunately did not have the same experience. We were seated by the door and after a few minutes a server came by to take our order. We weren’t quite ready and asked for a minute or two. The server then took the order of the table next to us and promptly disappeared. We watched food, drinks, and desserts for the table next to us arrive over the next twenty minutes while nobody so much as looked at us, so I was unable to even flag a server down. We left about thirty minutes after we arrived with staff saying goodbye, which I was pretty confused about since it was the first thing anyone had said to us since the first server had approached us. Drinks and food looked great, would’ve loved to try them.

4 stars for the ambience..Great gimmicks for the cocktails..As a HARRY POTTER FAN this place is a great visit..BUT BUT BUT as a mixologist cocktails were completely out of balance...Extensive use of artificial syrups and mixers made the cocktails taste like a sport's bar sort of a drink rather than a cocktail bar..Also cocktails were very basic for ingredients..Glassware was sticky somehow for all cocktails..It was great to see some good food optionsOverall good one time experience but would not recommend going just for cocktails as those were disappointing..

This place is a hidden gem! Everything from it's ambiance to their drinks presentation will truly make you feel like you've escaped to a magical world. We tried 3 cocktails (golden snitch, butter Beer and 50 shades) and omg, delicious!

We had an awesome time having dinner here. The servers were very pleasant; I like how the staff don't appear to have certain sections" so there was never an issue of not having service. The atmosphere is fantastic - so much fun stuff in this themed restaurant. You have to go to appreciate all of it!We tried several of the delicious themed drinks and they were delivered with flair! The food was really good

This place really takes the Harry Potter/ magic serious. Love the decor and music from time to time. They have a decent sized menu full of drinks, food and water wands to choose from. The drinks we ordered were very pleasant but in the pricey side. We got the pumpkin spiced wings which were phenomenal and highly recommend. The only down fall to this place is the service is lack lustre, it’s very slow but once you get your items everything starts rolling at a perfect speed. Be prepared to wait a bit for your drinks. Overall I’d give the place a 7.5/10 just for how unique the place truly is. A must experience for anyone into magic or Harry Potter.

Service is non-attentive. Drinks are overpriced. (Pay attention to the tip % when you are paying). The presentation is juvenile at best. But you can certainly see the effort they have put in. Everything looks very arts and crafts"

Super cool place to go for drinks, I went for my birthday and had a great time. I’m only giving 3 stars because the service wasn’t that great. The girls didn’t seem very happy to be there. People go for the whole experience and If the service isn’t what you advertise then it’s not that great. It took a lot time of time between drinks for anyone to come see if we needed another one. The drinks are really good and cool but super expensive. They do have food but it’s not very good. Chicken fingers and fries were like the ones you cook at home from frozen. I think if the girls working there made the atmosphere better it would be a better place to go.

I came here with my wife thats a harry potter fan.The music at the bar doesn't blend in with the theme, it feels like your in a disco.We got two drinks and it was over $40. And they weren't a big deal.We were going to order food but we couldn't stand been there any longer.If the prices for the drinks weren't that overpriced and the music wasn't that loud it could actually be a decent place.
