We ordered two pallets of sod from GrassChopper in August 2019. The sod was priced right and was great quality - we were able to use every piece, and the lawn looked super after the sod was laid and stayed looking great once it was established. Since we live quite far outside of the Edmonton area, there was a significant delivery fee. The company (Trevor) reached out to me this week to see if I had been satisfied with the sod, and I said that I had some dissatisfaction with the delivery fee given that we weren't the only customer on the delivery. Even though it was well after the fact, he contacted the sod farm that delivered the sod, discussed my concerns with them and completely satisfied any issues that I had. Top quality product, and service to match!

GrassChopper did a fantastic job with lawn maintenance and weed control at our property this year. The staff is well-trained, engaged, and were ont he ball when it came to working efficiently and safely.

I have been working with GrassChopper as a supplier for the past 5 years. I have been a part of many of their various projects. Their crews have been organized, accommodating and always friendly. Anytime there has been a miscommunication or issue, Trevor and his management staff have addressed it in a timely and efficient manner. GrassChopper is a top-notch organization to work with.

They hire children to run their large equipment. They are terrible at it. The company doesn't use guards on their mowers, they have came close to injuring our employees with thrown rocks and they don't seem to care.

Avoid this company at all cost! The staff is extremely disrespectful and rude. He insulted me just because I drove pass him three time in five minutes trying to a parking spot. Another one of their staff explained that they had been overworked which is the same as 90% of people on this planet, and that does not justify his poor attitude and insult. I am sure there are plenty of snow removal companies whose staffs talk reasons. Worse customer service ever!
