Soy mocha is decent. Outside is pay parking, but street parking above is 2 hours free. Plenty of seating for a small place if you include outdoor seating. Gets pretty busy here randomly as it's a popular place.Views of the marina, mountains, trees, and the bay are very nice.

My husband and I came to Lookout Coffee Shop on July 24, 2021. We both had coffee and I had the cheddar rosemary scone, which was, to say the least, out of this world! I wish I could make a scone like that! Truly the best one I have ever had. My husband had the blueberry bran muffin. He said to me that it was the best muffin he had ever had. Amazing shop, both for snacks and gifts for the truly hard to find for... Keep up the good work! We will be back....

Didn't have the best experience here. The patio is great. Great view of the water. However, the service wasn't great. Staff wasn't friendly. They also burnt my breakfast croissant. My friends' coffees were watery.

Waiting for the ferry I stumbled upon this cute small cafe with awesome views and two open decks overlooking horseshoe bay. It is a few minutes walk only from the bus/ferry interchange and staffed by locals. A community feel serving basic baked goods and making coffees. Sitting outdoors I even saw otters swimming right in front of us! Very easy and relaxed vibe, only one restroom. The muffins were nice and wholesome tasting and not too sweet.#muffin #coffee #horseshoebay

This small, relaxed coffee shop with a small town local vib sits by itself right on the dock at the harbour, offering scenic views of ferries and boats coming and going. Sometimes playful seals can be seen frolicking below as you sip your coffee.
