I had the entire exterior done on my house and the experience was great. The craftsman were safe, efficient and built a high quality product. Also, Delta was flexible with the cost as well as extra work that was not in the estimate that came up as the project progressed.

Worked with the team at Delta on several projects over the last few years. They are always quick to respond, schedule, and complete quality work. To date, we haven’t had any service issues and don’t anticipate any. Will definitely keep working with them on future projects!

The siding tech was very accommodating and went the extra mile to help fix issues left behind by another company. He discovered an issue that required attention from my builder and alerted the builder of it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have known about the issue. I would recommend this company and would use them again for sure.

We have Delta Construction and Siding Ltd. to come out to our home for a water leak. Kenzie, the service coordinator was very helpful; even though our house past the warranty period she had Kris the service technician came out within the next few days and did a thorough assessment for us and they were able to direct us in the right decision to get the water leak repair.Kenzie and Kris was professional, friendly, and with excellent customer service. I would highly recommended to others.

I contacted Delta siding for eaves soffit repair. Kenzie at the Service department was very helpful, gave me a quote and a two weeks repair schedule time. I came back from work outside the province to see an excellently completed eaves soffit repair. We didn't see their crew member who came for repairs but they left a signature of professionalism, I had expected the work to be complete late as scheduled but they beat the scheduled completion time. With my recent positive experience with Delta siding, I would recommend them to others and would definitely use them again for any future requirements.

I had this company do a major renovation of my entire exterior of my house.Now that I need a small gutter installed (15 ft) on my patio to keep the water from dripping down there is no reply.I even offered to do this job myself and just have them supply the 15 ft of gutter pipe to match the color of the other gutters, .I got a reply from Maciej that they are the only ones that can provide and install this as they are the ones that have account at the supplier of this type of gutter.Ok so I asked if they can get this done.I'm willing to pay just like I paid for the previous job they did.Reply I got, we are too busy for this small job and cannot get anyone out to do this.After a $30k reno I find this to be completely unprofessional and would not recommend this company.

Extremely Unprofessional! They will park their junk trailer in front of your neighbors house. If you want neighbor war's hire them. Very inconsiderate as it is a Canadian custom and polite way to leave the parking empty infront of your neighbors house for their cars. But no these guys will just do exactly that and not care. Even after complaining they just don't care.. Also they will run all over your neighbors property with their dirt shoes..be warned!!

I contacted Delta siding for siding repair. Kenzie from Service department was very helpful and responsive in getting an appointment set for the next day. They stand behind their products and services and although my house was out of the initial one year warranty period they helped in the most professional and courteous way. Their crew member who came for repair was very friendly, kind, and professional. He explained two options to me, showed me the materials he was going to use and let me decide. I took his advice. Based on my recent positive experience I would recommend Delta siding to others and would definitely use them again for any future needs.

Wonderful company! We had our roof re-done by Delta. They were efficient, timely and easy to work with. They were honest about what we needed and they managed to fit us into their schedule within days, which was highly impressive.
