You want attitude, go there.I had a credit from Trevi in form of gift card ,showed up at the cash to be told with serious attitude to go to a corporate store that she wont take it.When i asked where is the corporate store, Mrs attitude answered “where you bought it”.Keep in mind that a Trevi sign is on the building, therefore they obviously deal with Trevi. Just accept the credit and collect from head office !!!!Nope, instead i had to drive from Valleyfield to Dorval.Wich i dont really care, but the attitude i got from the lady at the cash was….. priceless.Never again thank you.

I am giving 2 stars because the young man who handles the water testing was excellent, however, overall? 1 Star. I made 4 trips to try and solve our issues. The pool was installed by Trevi, not by us, the previous owner. We explained the problems we were having and followed all the advice given over a month's time. Finally, I sent an email and requested a technician. I was told that it would take a month, bringing us to July. So? We went to Club Piscine, Dorion. Within a week, the technician arrived, diagnosed the problem and we now have a usable pool. Very disappointed. Any further service or if we do go ahead with a hot tub? It will be with Club Piscine.

I was expecting quality work from Trevi and it was messy and painful as of other competitors.Pro:- 1 star is due to great salesmanship and on time deliveryCons:Despite of clear instructions to crew,- pool was installed in wrong orientation and now close to impossible for building the straight deck around. Looks wierd with stone patio alignment- The connection/joints to the systems were leaking.- The hoses are short and tight that impossible to move the pump or filter a bit. You move anything, the joints starts leaking.- No instructions what so ever so far.- Some wall joints are broken and left there hanging.Being a customer, I expect that job are done precisely and correctly without bugs. I can not recommend these fellows.

I had these people close my pool and they stole my heat pump gaskets (I'm told this is common practice).So I went to see them to purchase a replacement. They sold me ($22.95) for washers that don't even come close to what I need. So I went for a refund where they made me wait for 10 minutes (I was the only customer in the store). All this to say, from now on I'm going to club piscine.

I have bought a home with a pool that was not sold or installed by Trevi in Les Coteaux 5 years ago. I needed information and I chose to go to Trevi in Valleyfield. It did not matter if the pool was not purchased from them they were very professional and gave me the information that I needed.. Since then I have been back with other questions and have always been very satisfied with their service. I have been back recently with an issue. Again their service was exceptional. They have gone over and beyond to help me out. I definitely recommend them. Thank You

Great customer service. They need to start stocking parts. They send you to Vaudreuil, where they apparently have more stock.
