Was able to get an appt quickly to take care of my cracked tooth. Dr Jordan was able to access my situation, discuss my options and help to clarify the resolution I chose. Very professional and personable service. I highly recommend Brookside Family Dental and are very happy with their service.

Beware! Dishonest dental clinic. Recently re-located to Chatham and went here based on reviews. My husband saw Dr. Maria and was told he has 4 cavities. We have had the same dentist for years who we have been seeing regularly in Waterloo. Last check up 6 months ago, no issues. Brookside tells him he has 4 cavities! Went.back to our original dentist in Waterloo who took his own X-rays and also did physical exam. He had no cavities! This clinic is dishonest. Beware!

Based on my experience, I’d stay a long way from this place.I recently relocated here after being in KW,……Based on the reviews, I came here as I needed a dentist in town.After seeing Dr.Maria, she told me I had 4 cavaties…..I hadn’t had ANY in 7 years in KW.We contacted our old dentists office and they asked me if I could obtain an X-ray, which I did, then send it to them.I recently went to my previous dentist in KW, who did a new X-ray.He then informed me of NO NEW CAVATIES!!! NOT ONE, LET ALONE FOUR!!!!!If you’re new to the area……stay away from these cash cowsI gave them 1 out of 5 because zero wasn’t an option

Nice atmosphere when you walk in, nice and clean.Very friendly staff.Make sure your needs are met.They kindly ask you, if your ok, or need a break and if you can't talk, then raise your hand.They let you know what there doing and, are very polite about how they explain it to you.A very bunch of nice people, good job!

These guys made everything so easy! We got an appointment within a week, they were amazing with my young child, they explained everything thoroughly and they were incredibly welcoming. I love that they communicate through text; from appointment reminders to last minute opening. Highly recommend!

Natalie was thorough and did a great job at clearing the plaque from my teeth. Dr. Jordon was very pleasant and did a good job of checking my teeth and answering any questions I had. I was PLEASED!!!

The staff here are very amazing. They're friendly and cheerful, the bedside manner is great. The doctors are absolutely gentle. If you have a fear of dentists for what your reasons is, don't hesitate to make an appointment. You will be very happy that you did.
