Will never shop here again. No flexibility in customer service. Bought two dresses with the intention of keeping one and with the understanding that there are no refunds, exchanges only within 7 days. Purchased on 7 days ago on a Friday. Tried to return for giftcard at 11am on the next morning (Sat) when store opened as weekday hours are during work hours, and was told absolutely NO - nothing we can do - dress is yours. Not even trying to return for a refund, just a credit. Am absolutely shocked after buying two dresses and would have come here for every upcoming event.

I contacted Trezzi very last minute before an event and they were able to quickly assist me & help me find the dress I wanted. Amazing quality and service, super happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend to visit this boutique for any occasion.

Nice dresses but the customer service is absolute abhorrent. They allowed a teenager to verbally accost a new mother there with her child bc she was trying on the dress that she wanted. The sales staff then tried to take the dress from the mother who had pulled it aside to try on and give it to this rude girl. I was absolutely shocked and will never again step foot in this store. If you want gorgeous dresses coupled with first class customer service I suggest you go to Madeline’s on Avenue road.

The clothes are nice but the staff that helped seemed unfamiliar with the pos system and said some excuses when I asked for a dress bag so the purchase experience was a little awkward and off-putting.

I was looking for a nice local shop to get my fiancé a nice dress for the upcoming wedding season.I ended up at Trezzi and met Lori, who helped me find a very tasteful evening gown that I knew my better half would love to wear.Even though the one I ended up picking for her was slightly too big, I returned to the store a couple of days later with my fiancé so she can exchange for the correct size, and she was blown away with all the other dresses they had!Needless to say, she got exactly what she wanted and it fits perfect!She has since gone back to the store (without me luckily, haha) and picked out a few other pieces for the upcoming busy summer wedding season!Judging by how much she now loves this little boutique store in downtown Richmond Hill, it deserves my 5 star review on her behalf!Thank you, once again, Lori and the Trezzi team!

I love this place. They have different styles and color. They are so helpful. I got my birthday dress online and I had no issues with it. Super fast and convenient.

definitely worth stopping by here as they have dresses for weddings, vacation, cocktail.. pretty much every event you can think of which I like, and the girls are so helpful and welcoming

Bought two dresses for my wife. Beautiful quality, she looks amazing in it and said she loves it and it’s her favourite dresses. If I get on her bad side I might have to buy another one haha.
