They actually dont have any stars from me I had to do 1 just to post so disregard that. This location lies. They sold a 200 dollar warranty each to my dad and I and told us that if we didn't have to use it we could trade in for a new console so we could use the warranty amd not waste 200 each. Well when we called today they denied it and said the guy that sold it to us no longer works for them for that reason. We did not want the warranty in the first place, but they kept pushing and so we paid for it for the reason we were assured we weren't wasting our money and could do the trade in as long as we aren't past the warranty expiration.Since there were so many issues with the PS5's at first. But of course, like my gut told me, they lied to get the warranty sold. Easy to say we will no longer deal with this company at all. Be careful what you believe. We were regulars there, then all of a sudden all their employees were changed and gone. Crooks.

I love this place, used to go here when I was a kid, it sucks that online video game purchases have destroyed brick and mortar places like this. Walked in here after a long time yeaterday to buy a t-shirt because I had my covid vaccine and didn't think to bring a t-shirt with me. The times have changed but the quality of service I received was nostalgic and reminded me why I liked coming here as a kid. Perhaps instead of purchasing gamestop stock, which the proceeds don't go to the company given its on a secondary exchange, maybe consider purchasing from your local EB games. New consoles have horrendous storage space anyways, and the prices are the same. Also it's kind of like reading a book on a eReader vs owning a physical copy, feels so much better. Looking forward to going there again!

The two clerks were both knowledgeable about the Nintendo switch and Nintendo switch lite. They stayed open to let me finish my purchase and were very polite despite me coming at the last minute. Would shop there again without hesitation.

This store is shady! First they told me that the Playstation 5" the employee had in his hand was "On hold for a Manger's customer". When I said that I have been told numerous times you don't do holds he replied "It's for a manager's customer". So you need to know the manager to get a hold?Here is the shady part... I call in and the employee on the phone says they do have 1 in stock. I asked for him to put it on hold for me... guess what he said. No! Then he tells me that if I want to buy it
