Great place to be buying your supplies, friendly and patient staff, delivery service was absolutely great, the driver was so careful and meticulous, very experienced in what he does. Logan at the store was super helpful and helped us a lot, very enthusiastic, make sure you go and ask for him but all other staff are also friendly and superb. I noticed people complained about parking, if that's the case, go to Home Depot, you are not the right customer, people come here for quality and great service, you pay for what you get, seriously. Great family run business, another reason to support local business and not the multi-nationals.

Based on refund policy its bad..good product ..alright price..but as contracter. I think i will use a new distribution place. Wait 4 days for refund.. Crazy.

They have lots of stock and variety. The yard can be a bit hectic at times.

Staff super friendly team, knowledgeable, and great pricing! Highly recommend! Two names I have worked with are Logan & Devin over the past couple years. Ask for them however I am sure the rest of the team are amazing as well

My husband and I were at BC Brick Supplies to shop for stones. We were extremely fortunate to be served by Eric. Eric patiently explained the features of natural stones vs cultured stones, provided useful information on different brands/their pricing and answered our numerous questions. He even handed us a list of addresses whose facades used stones supplied by BC Brick. This was particularly helpful since looking at photos and samples could never fully capture the “look and feel” of viewing the finished product displayed on exteriors of homes.A day after our visit to the store, Eric bowled us over when he went out of his way to assist us further. We had passed a house whose stones caught our eyes. We provided the Google Map link to Eric and enquired if he was able to supply the same stones we were interested in. It turned out that the stones were from another supplier. Nevertheless, Eric hunted down the landscape contractor who remembered the name of the supplier and helped us located the source of the stones!We are currently building a new home. We shall be sharing our story with our architect, interior designer, builder as well as our friends, and highly recommend BC Brick as the place to shop for stones because of the stellar customer service provided by its staff members like Eric.

Very busy at times but have everything you need construction supplies, like gravel, sand and concrete and many more supplies

Extremely loved these guys! Excellent customer service! Hope all vendors were like them. Bobbi was so helpful in helping place our order for blocks. She was so efficient and we had our blocks one day after I had placed the order. She recommended Tirth for installation of posts and the wall at the front of the house. Tirth and his team did such an amazing job! Just loved this experience. Highly recommend this company!!

These guys work hard and the guys at the yard are great, but...I purchased 2 rolls of 22' length of turf only to find out when I get home that one roll is 21'. Well, they were closed all weekend and we had to get the job done. We patched up the 1' with some cuttings and called back hoping to get some sort of reimbursement similar to us buying a cutoff length (20% discount). Nope, they were firm on only refunding the 1' THEY made the mistake on...I didn't ask for 21'..I asked and paid for 22'. I understand they were busy, but that is not an excuse for a mistake they made. Horrible customer service this time around.

Been coming here for my work needs for many years now. They’re alway super helper with actual knowledge and show you equal attention regardless of the size of your project.

I recently worked at BC Brick as a yard guy driving forklift. Unfortunately the job just wasn't for me, however the owners, staff, and foreman were all very nice people. They were also understanding, and accommodating. This is not a toxic work environment at all, and it was very nice to be treated with kindness. I would recommend working for this company in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a friendly work environment.
