Amber is awesome! She made my first Brazilian sugaring very comfortable. She is very nice, friendly and professional. It went smoother than I thought. I highly recommend going here!

Service was ok, just a little disorganized. I arrived for my 12:00 appointment at 11:55 and the door was locked. I waited till 12 and the door remained locked. At 12:05 I called to be let in and was told I was at the wrong door, only to find that actually I was at the right door and it was locked. Went inside and was taken to the room. Left alone without instruction or wipes to prepare myself. Staff was friendly through the service though the sugar was much hotter than I usually experience and left me red. Final charge was $10 more than the price advertised on the website.

Went for a facial on Saturday January 28, 2023. After my facial I decided to purchase a product. The next day I decided to return the product I purchased and continue to use my regular product. On Monday January 30th, 2023 I went to return my in opened product and was told that I can not return this product. At first it was you can not return after opening (which it wasn’t) and I’ve returned other face/body products after opening from other companies. And once I stated it wasn’t opened it changed to that product is a final sale. There was no mention to me at purchase that this product was a final sale nor did it state on the receipt that the purchase was a final sale. Very disappointed. I recommend never purchasing products from this company unless you’ve tried it before or you know what you’re getting, otherwise you’re just wasting your money

Amber does such a wonderful and fast job, i’ve been to about 5-6 different places for sugaring and Amber tops them all. Not only is she good at her job she has a wonderful personality, talking to her makes the pain much more tolerable! Love this place
