Went to Blue Mountains for a bachelorette weekend. This company wanted to charge our group $73 just to drive out to Thornbury Cidery to pick us up and then another $73 to get back to our Airbnb, which was not even a 15 min ride, and we needed two cars. This means almost $300 for two cars to take us 15 mins away. Uber charged much less to drop us off but beware, they will not pick people back up there. Consider a designated driver unless you want to pay these ridiculous prices. Not even sure how they are allowed to charge a pickup price before we even enter the car.

the worst experience i have.The ladies who take calls they very very rude they don’t listen to us i am really very disappointed with them i won’t recommend to anyone this cabs. The drivers are good.

Until the drivers know and follow the basic rules of the road I will never advertise or suggest this company. Driving lanes are for driving, PASSING LANES are for actively passing or turning. If you are doing neither then you are in the incorrect lane. Allow others to use the passing lane for it's intended purpose or get off the road!!!!

Very nice driver and dispatch lady but the pricing is insane! $69 for a 15min cab ride. Uber charges $23.00 for the same trip. I feel like I was robbed! Never ever again.

Called and booked a taxi, mentioned to the dispatcher that i needed to make a extra stop on the way and she said okay. she did not mention to tell the driver. so i got in and asked if we were still making that stop he then got annoyed and threw his hands up and said well youre suppose to tell me. i was unaware as i thoight the dispatcher would mention it. I then just said id call another cab and he said that would be best and was super rude.

20$ for 7 min ride ? Uber is 10$. The car was also like 20-30 years old, not a nice car. Driver was kind tho, so 2 stars ⭐️⭐️They have monopoly of the Blue Mountain area so this review won’t matter, but whatever…

This cab service basically runs a monopoly in the Blue Mountain area. Uber is a much more viable and cheap option. To get to Barrie its around $210 and uber does that for a lot less (I got quoted $80 not including tip). Reception was condescending to talk to and was pretty rude. The only thing keeping this review from a one star is the driver being friendly and helpful. Its unfortunate that being around the area we had no choice but to ride with AceCab to come back from holidays. Would not recommend.

This is a definitely the worst cab experience I've had ANYWHERE. They are unable to provide even a rough estimate of how long your cab will take. Ours took over an hour when they said it would be 20 minutes and the driver was rude to us for not being happy to wait 5 TIMES THE ESTIMATED TIME. The first time I tried to get a ride they said 20 minutes and I missed my dinner reservations and had to drive myself putting a damper on my evening. COLLINGWOOD IS TOURIST TOWN and the lack of a RELIABLE transportation system is definitely hurting the entire community. Time for uber to put them out of their misery.

Absolutely terrible service. A long weekend, the only cab company in town, and they close for a long weekend. Good luck visitors and tourists. You will be stranded!
