Came here for lunch after my hair cut. I had the butter chicken poutine - not much butter chicken. Fries were fat and flat, not the dry crispy ones that I personally prefer.I had the mango lassi drink - thick, sweet, creamy, sour flavours from the mango-yoghurt ingredients. Tasted good, I wish the cup size was bigger though. It didn't come spiced (cinnamon, etc), please put some spices on top in the future.Maybe I'll give them 1 more shot and order something more traditionally Hakka Indian next time.

So this is an honest review. I have eaten at many Hakka restaurants and this one is probably the worse then chilli chicken house in Mississauga compared to all of the others Hakka restaurants.1. Chicken fried rice is not made with the traditional sticky rice and the, seems like they used basmati long grain rice.2. The chilli chicken was pretty much all sauce with very little chicken and didn’t taste as good compared to all other Hakka restaurants3. The portion are very small for the priceSo I ordered, 2 chilli chickens and one chicken fried rice and one veg Hakka noodles and an order of fish Pakora for 95 dollars. But I will say the fish Pakora were good but I have better , I recommend if money isn’t an issue Royal Jasmine is the best.

Ordered from Uber Eats, vegetarian biryani and Bombay alooBoth tasted great though the aloo had a lot of oil. Certainly did taste like like Mumbai. Will be trying more.

This place has got a real hakka taste.we have ordered different main courses and all of them are exceptionally good. The fried rice is very different when compare to other restaurants . Ambience is nice too. Best Hakka in Town.

Excellent Hakka cuisine, great variety of dishes, fresh ingredients and very good portions + value. Owner is extremely friendly and the service is fantastic. They've recently opened and I've already visited several times, each time was a great experience.

The Hakka is great here. We tried their Spicy Ginger chicken, which is packs the heat, and is delicious. We ordered a veg fried rice to go alongwith it. The portion size is enough for two people. Surprisingly, they had Puranpoli, which is an Indian sweet flatbread stuffed with jaggery. We got two of those and they were worth it!

Food was not at all good. Ended up throwing it away.Gobi Manchurian dry- semi Boiled Gobhi chunks with mushy coating.. no flavors.Chilli Paneer Dry - uncoated paneer cooked in light gravy… Paneer itself seemed little stale and little sour. Nothing like Chilli Paneer.

I will start with, the effort, and the people were great. I applaud the innovation to really blend the indo and the asian experiment. My personal opinion, keep trying different boundaries, I think some great things dishes will come out from it.My expectation was to compare with Lin Gardens scarborough ( now closed ) for the what I define as original Hakka Indian. The usual chilli chicken and hakka noodles to start.I got the wet chilli chicken, maybe that was an error. but this was just run of the mill sugar chinese food. Not hakka style at all.We got veggie korma, again I praise the experiment. but it was way too sweet in a way that I did not personally enjoy. The hakka noodles were good :) the veggie pakoras were excellent !Would I return ? not likely when there are many other options to try, but again, really really nice people, I hope they continue to expand on this amazing food fusion.
