It was my first time here. I had a poor experience with my last shop of 2 years. They had told me I required a new muffler. So, I reached out to this shop hoping they would have cheaper options for a muffler replacement. Turns out not only do they not charge an arm and a leg to inspect my vehicle, but they told me my muffler is in good condition and there is no need for replacement. I get a sense of honesty and integrity from this company.

Showed up with no appointment and they saw me in without hesitation. Great service from the desk guys, tech (Rick) called me saying what was wrong with my exhaust and how much it would cost. He did a fantastic job fixing the leak, car now sounds just as good as it did before. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Definitely will recommend to anyone and will be using them for further exhaust services.

Everyone at Carline Automotive is exceptional. They managed to somehow find the time to diagnose and repair bowed inner and outer tie rods in my vehicle during one of the busiest times of the year as I was on a time crunch to get it drivable again. Morgan, the tech who did the work on my car, was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took the time to show me the parts that had to be replaced, and ensured I was confident in the work before leaving the shop. From now on, I will only be taking my car here for anything and everything it may need.Thank you Morgan, Don, and the rest of the Carline team, for being so amazingly accommodating. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I will be back to bug you about a custom exhaust on my car in the future :)

Fantastic shop and experience.Somebody stole my catalytic convertor yesterday, when I call Carline, they helps to find an affordable solution and give the client options for the repair.They got the job done at the same day. Great work much appreciated!Thank you Don and the team.

Excellent service! Decent price. Thanks to Don at the front desk and Cam in the shop.They fixed my car pretty quick and gave me a full report with pictures! I rarelly saw that kind of service in a regular shop.I'm giving those 5 stars without any pressure of any kind.Obviously, I'll be back there anytime my car is requiring a service or repairs.Thanks again to the team and the coffee as well :)

Best service in Calgary.I have brought multiple vehicles to this shop over the years for muffler work. Will never take a vehicle anywhere else, top quality service and work. These guys know what they are doing, and don't over charge to do it

They do good work, and are very professional. I love that they give you a detailed report with pictures to illustrate issues.

I have a 1953 Mercury Meteor hot rod and Cam is my go to guy for maintenance , some complex repairs /replacements and troubleshooting. He does an excellent job for me.

I'm a car guy and I do most of my automotive work myself in my own garage. I'm distrustful of automotive shops as a rule. But when I need professional help Carline is one of the few places I'll take my cars. I trust them and the work they do.

I was leaving the country: changed the oil and did a complete assessment of my vehicle. They’re always so professional and their front-end staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my cats to anyone but them!
