He will always answer the telephone and he will always follow up. Unlike a lot of sales people, he will still remember your name and continue to support you after the sale. He always talks straight. Sean, their engineer is always quick to help if we ever have a question about how a piece of equipment works so we can better maintain it. Not just operator level, but maintenance level. He has never charged for time on the telephone if we had to diagnose a problem. There are so many shady and untrustworthy GSE companies in business. Some withing walking distance of Advance GSE.
