I am impressed i am giving one Star. Ken swick i thought we some what friends. I hire you to do jobs for me. You agree within days advance notice and the night before. Than first thing next day you bail with sorry client needed me...completely un professional of you.. I voice my disapointment ,and you block me from contacting you about this matter. How are you still in business still if this is how you treat cliente. Please explain....or delete my review so no one sees it. Yours truely disapointment......

Humble and small company. Ken is a busy guy who tries hard at making his clientele happy. Yes you might expect a time lapse but the work is very well done!! He made sure our roof was repaired before a rain storm, late passed his work hours!It’s hard to make everyone happy but in my opinion he is worth my business!

Similar experience that the other reviewer had. It took Ken about 5 months to finally do our roof and then another 2 months to finish the eavestroughs. He has not returned my calls, texts or emails now as we have not recieved a reciept for the work completed or the warranty as he said we would recieve this information on the mail. Roof looks good and they did a good job from what I can tell. Terrible service and no proof of reciept.

FRIENDLY CITY ROOFING & RENOVATIONS
Arranged a time for this ‘company’ to do a quote. We waited and waited NO SHOW.... guess we should have read the crappy reviews first. And..... not even a call or message to say he couldn’t make it. We know a lot of people in this friendly city and will tell each and every one NOT to consider this ‘company’! :)
