I am, quite frankly, appalled at the filth of the exterior of the building. In particular the drive thru area. There are thousands of cigarette butts and discarded tim cups. Where I moved from, the manager hired staff with disabilities who were outside constantly sweeping up the butts and picking up litter. It was so pristine.i figure if it's dirty like that where I can see, how clean is it where i can't see? *Update * I'm pleased to report a major clean up has happened. I hope they maintain it. They're always short staffed but hopefully hired someone to maintain this. Thank you!

Most often than not, when I get at the end of my double double, there will be a TON of coffee grains sitting at the bottom, makes me believe they just don't clean their machines or rarely do.

Just wanted to thank the young (lady) worker who was about to leave with her mom on Saturday, Nov 26th when I arrived and needed to use the rest room which was locked. She was so considerate and retrieved the bathroom key for me. I want to say thank you for going above and beyond. No name but she wears glasses with thin chains attached to them. Very much appreciated your help.

PREVIOUSLY, this location received a four star review from me.Recently, however, the management/ownership of this location has taken the totally immoral and unethical step of charging customers for considerably less product than other locations would provide. Tonight I attended this location and asked for large iced coffee. What I got was a cup of ice, and maybe three small mouthfuls of actual beverage. This appears to be normal practice and it’s a repulsive cost-cutting measure that is to the detriment of the customer experience. The onus should never be on the customer to ask for less ice, the onus should be on leadership to provide an actual product. If I wanted a cup of ice, I would ask for a cup of ice.

No long wait time. Cashier was very friendly patient and nonjudgmental (with my indecisiveness). It is always so nice leaving a store with a smile rather than anxiety through the roof because of inpatient looks or sighs. Good job Tim Hortons John street late night 930pm crew.

The worst customer service EVER! I ordered my drinks, came prepared wrong. The cold drinks were a cup of ice, hardly any flavor. I did an online survey regarding my experience. To my surprise I received a phone call from Tom hortons. The representative apologized to me, and said to go back and the drinks would be replaced. I went there a couple of weeks later, I was told my name wasn't in the book. Tbet then brought the shift supervisor over who immediately stated she wasn't giving me free drinks. I tried to explain & she stared at me & repeated that if I didn't have a name she wouldn't do anything. I asked her to get the manager to call me whenever she's in. She told me to comeback tomorrow. I asked her to call I wasn't making a trip down for nothing. She reluctantly took my number. I waited but Noone called. The store is dirty, there was flies l over the doughnuts. No one cared when I told them

I love this Timmiez cause they allow me to pan handle outside but i always come in for a cup of great coffee and food. Staff a really friendly and you never know who you will see there

What a waste of time. I knew Tim Hortons had gone downhill but they’re outdoing themselves at this location.Ordered a coffee, donut, an wrap at the drive thru at approximately 11:55am, paid, was given my coffee, and asked to pull around front so the rest of my order could be brought to me. After waiting 15 minutes as seeing dozens of customers go in and out with their orders, I had to go into the store, wait another 5 minutes to be addressed by a cashier, another 5 minutes to explain what happened, and another 5 minutes to have my food made.Something is wrong if a drive through order turns into a half hour waste of the customer’s time. Not even so much as an apology either.

I love this Tims location! They always get my order right and have even corrected the order from a mistake made by another one in the area. The staff is friendly and work hard. They keep things clean and work as quick as they can without going too fast that they make mistakes. Love going here to pick up my iced coffees!
