Man for a chain, this is a really good burger. The patties are always seasoned well, they use beef bacon which is a change of pace that works well. Most of the staff are younger and real friendly, curious and helpful. I have got if a few times for friends and family and they all like them as well. So keep it up, don't change anything... maybe a special burg here or there but other than that, it Works! Lol

Extremely disappointed with the food from Brantford Burger Factory tonight. Have had food from there before and it was pretty good and not bad for price. Tonight it was soggy, VERY over dressed and thrown together. Despite the amount of toppings and dressings slopped onto the burger, the meat itself was extremely dry.Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

My friends and I decided to stop by this location today on the way back home from work and I must say i was extremely impressed with the level or customer service we received. First and foremost, at the time we walked through the doors I noticed the store was pretty packed as there were a few customers in-front of us in line which had me thinking it would be a long wait but boy was I wrong. In less than 10 minutes we were all seated and eating our delicious burgers! The biggest surprise in my experience today was was the level of genuine leadership displayed by the store manager. I wish I remember her name as I believe it’s important she gets her recognition. Before leaving I had to let her know how pleased we were and from our brief conversation I realized she was either the store or franchise manager which made complete sense. I decided to leave this review because I can honestly say this was the best quality tasting food and more importantly the best level of customer service I have ever received from the burger factory franchise throughout all the previous locations I have been, including Mississauga, London , Niagara Falls & Windsor locations. The most impressive part was how the amazing lady came out and even cleaned our table before we were seated which she didn’t have to do and is not something typical seen in the fast food business. When I went to wash my hands before eating I also noticed the washrooms were really clean to my surprise. The whole experience here today was exceptional and I wish I remembered her name as this woman truly deserves to be recognized for her efforts. I’m sure both her and the franchise owner himself knows who I’m talking about. This is for you. Thank you kindly. We will be back!

The hamburger patty is delicious. I wish the price of the drink would be cheaper. All the side dishes are delicious. Especially onion rings.

First time having burger factory. Not too disappointed but not overly hyped for the meal either. I had their double cheeseburger, with fries and a strawberry shake. The burger was pretty big and filling, and was tasty but somehow dry at the same time. If the burger was juicy it would have been one of my top 5 as far as burger chains go. The shake was okay but nothing special. The fries were good and a decent size portion was given.For what I spent there on a burger fries and a shake though, I can not justify going back. It cost me $38 dollars with tip. For that price I expect something much better than your average fast food or even fry truck burger, but it wasn't that much better in my honest opinion. Try it for yourself, you might like it. Definitely not too affordable for what you get though.On the other hand the staff were really polite and kind, and the place looked clean.

I ordered some kind of spicy chicken sandwich , I wanted a burger but they didn't know if the cheese was processed or real , the chicken was two dried up pieces that had been cooked maybe a day earlier I don't know , they just plopped it in a vat of sauce and then reheated it on the grill . I was the only customer and they took their sweet time making this , I was standing their waiting for around 17 min . Tasted like reheated chicken should taste like ...

Tried this place out after seeing it for a while. Service was fast and very polite. The restaurant is very clean and had a good aesthetic. The slammers" deal for the chicken nuggets and fries was perfect for my toddler. Honestly it was (almost) too much food for the price lol. The burgers were pretty good but didn't wow me. Not that they were disappointing

We came here for the first time. Our son loves hamburgers. We were slightly hesitant as the hype was so good that we were afraid of being disappointed. It absolutely did not disappoint. The staff were amazing, efficient and had the best customer service. The burgers were very delicious and a great value for the quality we received. We will absolutely support Burger Factory again! Keep up the good work!

i've been going to the burger factory's cambridge location since middle school, and i'm in my last year of highschool now, and the quality is consistent!! always great!!! the menu is definitely a once-in-awhile treat, and i appreciate the halal meat:-) the employees are always patient, kind, and willing to explain menu items to me if i dont understand what it is/how spicy/what it tastes like/etc. i personally always get the juicy lucy combo with the factory sauce. i also find that the funnel cake is AMAZING. the fries are top tier quality. i couldnt recommend this place anymore for a hearty meal :-)
