Yesterday I came to the IT desk in Koerner Library to receive help regarding problems with Sophos Antivirus, Windows 10 Education, and other general inquiries. It was the best customer service experience I have had in years, anywhere. The person who helped me went out of his way to solve all of my technical problems. I am very grateful.
