These people are passive aggressive and will treat you like you're an inconvenience to them even though you're the one paying for the home owner's mortgage. They turn mountain into molehills and treat tenants like children. I'm glad I'm moving out soon. Do not lease a home from these people.

They check on the property periodically, coordinate things such as spare keys and move in/out notifications with the condo board, and message us periodically with things that might have been overlooked - such as the new vacant property reporting.
