The UPS Store
Excellent store to visit, with friendly service. The owner, Zheng Wang, is always polite and provides prompt courteous help. Occasionally I have to wait to be served, but I anticipate waiting when many customers are in the store.Occasionally I use the UPS store on Donald St to print as It's not something I often do and, as a result, I don't have a printer at home. Always Zheng is polite, thinks of solutions I may have missed, and emails me PDF backups of my print jobs.

This UPS store is designed how to charge each and every service from the customer. I went to this store for Parcel Drop off but they have charged address label for $2.56 and they are not helping to the customers. When i went to FEDEX for the same purpose they have collected my shipment address and took the printout without any charge. At the same time they helped me a lot. Please do not suggest this money minded service. I reported this to my organization. Now onwards i dont use UPS service.

My package was sent back to the sender without any notification, not even a silly notes saying “Sorry, we missed you”. UPS courier didn’t call us or buzz the door. Why would I go check the apartment gate everyday to see if they put a notes there or not? The stuff here told me oh maybe you can ask the sender to send it again. Why would I ask them? That’s not my fault and not their fault either. Courier’s job is deliver the package. I confirmed with the stuff here, she told me their couriers doesn’t do calls or buzz the door. Then what is their job for? To check how my apartment gate look like?? Send my best to them, hope they like my apartment.

Staff Zhang haven't wear the mask when I came in. It's really against the law of this time. I just wanna do a very simple drop, I prepared the labels and boxes before i came, and staff Zhang seems very reluctant to help me, he threw me a bag very rudely and yelled me put the labels by myself. I asked him how, cause another UPS store will help customer to stick the labels. Staff Zhang Don't want give me any help. Even he said he was very busy at that time, I wasted a lot of his time, even there was no any customer in the store. What a rude employee!!!

From my personal experience the customer service at this store is very poor. A number of times I have gone to the UPS Store on River ave. out of convenience (location). Not once have I received good customer service. I find the owner to be rude, and unprofessional.The last and final time I went there, I walked in and he was arguing with a customer. He cut the man off and started serving me.I had a UPS waybill printed to return a parcel. After he printed the waybill and I paid for it, he tried to scan it and said it wouldn't work because it was a .PNG file and they do not have enough resolution. I asked if this had happened before and he said yes

***Update***They got rid of the manager! Hooray! Haven't been but I'm sure it's much better.***Update*** Manager is a liar. What a joke. The manager's response to my review has nothing to do with what happened. My complaint had NOTHING to do with any delivery. I went to the store at 10:30am when they were supposed to open at 10am and they weren't open. When they did unlock the door the manager did not apologize for being 30 minutes late and because he had nothing started up and I couldn't wait for him to finish, I left. No delivery, no confrontation. Also when I complained to the company they said because the store was individually owned they couldn't help me but they had had MANY complaints about them before. But I really enjoy how the manager lied to make it look like I was being unreasonable. Wish I could give them zero stars. Terrible customer service.

I had to ship a huge crate and it’s been a nightmare to deal with but the gentleman who works at this location was SO HELPFUL. Our process was long so he had to help other people as well as me which I didn’t mind because he was so knowledgeable and helpful to everyone. I’ve had some annoying experiences with UPS but this has made me forget about all of them! Ten stars!

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years, ever since I moved to Winnipeg. The owner is always friendly and remembers me as if I had been there yesterday.I go to this store to print documents for school - I have experienced other places but no one compares to this store - my documents always come out exactly how I expect with excellent quality. I have never missed a deadline! The owner is well aware of the deadlines we have at school and is so dedicated that he works well beyond operating hours to make sure everyone gets their work in on time. If I ever have a question, I send them an email and promptly get a helpful response.Because of my experiences here I also came to this store to print things for my wedding - they are the only ones I trust, and once again they came through for me.I have always treated the staff with respect and I have received even more in return.I would absolutely recommend this store for all your printing needs.
