I ordered your gardener not to do any more work today. I will be home at 3 pm and they seem to start working from that time until 8 pm. I have no rest because of you... Come up with a solution... Let them work between 9 am and 3 pm or find a way to exchange the equipment they use with battery-operated ones... They have been ruining my Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons for the past 3 years. I can't take it anymore. I use earplugs from 6 am to 2 pm and I don't want to be exposed to such noise even at home. ---------Your neighbor in the building.

Property Management does not respond to important inquiries. Very disappointed as I have lived in the neighborhood for over three years and had a friend drop off groceries for me as I am in self-quarantine. During the time of his drop-off and doing me a huge favor a taking my dog for a walk, the Strata had his car towed. For those of you familiar with this neighborhood, there is NO parking anywhere and he thought it would be safe to briefly park his vehicle to help out a friend in need. I reached out to the Property Manager as we are both students who work and attend classes full time and do not have outside help of any kind. My friend needed his car for work the next day (Monday) and we ended up having to pool together the last of our savings to get his car out of the impound lot. I appealed and reached out to the Property Manager and even sent him a receipt and have heard nothing back. The towing company was more kind and helpful as they gave us a bit of a discount and let us know that they would not have towed us if they knew the situation, but the call came from Strata. Its funny because sometimes there is the same cars parked there overnight over the weekend and they have never been towed... Hopefully the Property Manager will get back to me.
