Not a friendly place, very expensive, and not a great cleaning job. The owner ONLY cares about gouging customers (he admitted it himself). Stay away

This is the main reason why I will never go there. The owner doesn’t understand where I was coming from. Good online business and policy is to ask the customer to write to a company outside of the internet to settle the issue. Instead he wrote a threat AND disclosed my number telling all cleaners to watch for me. Mr. Owner, everyone needs business. I do alteration maybe once or twice a year or none. Trust that I will be cautious with reading my receipts before leaving or simply never come to you. I did business for over 20 years with KK Cleaners who graciously offered me the best service ever. I cannot wait for his business to reopen. He even repaired my late father’s Bible for free. Altered many dresses, accepted to let me go with my garments and come back later to pay which I always did. Trust that he collected great profit with me since I remained a loyal client. You definitely are a different breed. Trust that customer do read reviews. This was my experience and I for sure will never come back. Disclosing a client’s number with a threat simply shows the nature of your heart. For these reasons, I will NEVER EVER do business with you. Even your own employee told me that you do get into those arguments with many clients. Your pricing with alterations are not aligned with market price. I only asked you if you can do something. My dress wasn’t a wedding dress. I seldom write reviews andI truly felt the need to say that your pricing are shocking to me. People need to be aware of that. I ask you to remove my phone number from your comments please.

Super friendly guy. We've brought my wife's wedding dress, my suits, dress shirts, duvets, had alterations done to clothing, curtains... I would trust this guy with my new born. Always A+ service.

I bring two shirtsthe first one was not even cleaned, was given back exactly the same way it wasthe second one has been completely destroyed. they have put inc on the shirt, and they destroyed the fabric of the shirt, I have WHITE spots on a blue shirt. I used that shirt once and they completely destroyed it.And i still had to pay.

My husband and I were regulars here for the past year, bringing clothes in weekly to bi-weekly.The attitude of the owner is just no longer palpable. Refusing to process a small cleaning of over 9$ on a debit card because the minimum is 10$ for a regular client who just didnt happen to have cash on her this one time is just unacceptable. The 50cents fee you refused to pay has lost you much more than that. Also, they lost pants of ours and denied it. Judging by the other ratings, I would say it's time to re evaluate what kind of service and business you wish to provide.
