honestly I was shocked by the quality of service I received here. i came in just for an oil change, but got a whole experience. Lex even showed me the quality oil he put in, topped off my windshield fluid, offered me a coffee. just excellent service! - Jacob

First time going in today for an oil change. Harri and his team were awesome. Harri was very friendly and courteous. He didn't try to up sell me extra services, just made recommendations, which is a huge plus for me. Even installed the air filter I had purchased elsewhere. Will definitely be back. Harri and the guys are great! I've been taking my 2014 Nissan Rogue to them since purchasing in 2016. Car runs like a dream 100k later and the entire team is personable and approachable. Provide recommendations and up to you if you want to go with it or not. A bit pricey, but I pay for the convenience, efficiency and piece of mind. I had a faulty oil filter after an oil change which they noticed as I drove off. They called my home phone at the time and I went right back to get it replaced. Treat them with respect and they respect you right back as a client. Keep up the great work guys!

This is one of the best places that services my SUV! Super friendly staff, and takes care of your vehicle the way they should. Full service when getting an oil change, air in tires, clean windshield, top up of fluids, and full communication of what they are doing. No second guessing whether or not they are doing honest work on your car. So glad it's nearby as well.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I was back 4 times in one week to get an oil change because they lied about the parts they put on my car and said they fixed it but my car continued to leak oil. They refused to give me a refund after I came back for the fourth time and the problem was never fixed.worst jiffy lube ever

Update - June 5, 2023: I changed my review from a 2 to a 1. I went to the website from the owner's response below and gave my email. I checked my junk / spam mail for a response and nothing. I have no issues with businesses not wanting my money anymore, that's fine. I'd be foolish to think businesses would beg for my patronage. But don't make a half effort or pretend to care to solve the issue. A simple apology would've been fine. Personally, I don't think that mailbox is even looked at by anyone.**Original Review**I unfortunately had a poor customer experience here last November.I went to get my tires changed to winter tires. I lined up on the garage doors to the right, and when I was the next car in line to be serviced, I said I wanted to switch to winter tires, I was told by the service person to line up to the garage door on the left. I had to back out and line up again.When I got into the left garage, I was asked if I wanted an oil change by the same person who asked me to switch lines. I notified them I was there to switch to winter tires. They notified me that I was in the wrong line and advised to switch back to the garage on the right. The line to the right garage door had grown in size, and I ended up wasting time. I went someplace else to switch my winter tires and do an oil change.It's odd because I've been to this location before, so I don't know why this happened. Anyway, I am hoping the owners can be made aware to advise their employees to keep track of who is entering which garage doors as there's only 2 of them.

This location is quickly becoming my go to place for all my vehicle fluid change needs.I liked the friendly attitude and service quality here, I would feel comfortable recommending it to anyone looking for any type of oil change (engine, transmission, differential etc.)
