Dr singh. The worst doctor i have seen in my life. Here is why i amSaying:1- my recent experience i have 5 year old kid has cough from last 20 days , i went to him as dr sit was not there , he without having any test , concluded that your son has childhood asthama and gave him steroids. Then I went to sick kids , i told them the same thing they told me thay did dr singh do any test? How did he conclude this?2- my friends daughter went to him , he said he didnt had any problem, few days after her problem became serious,she was having protein leak.This doctor is worse , should be fired

Dr. Moore was rude. made us wait 4 hours for a requisitionThe receptionist tried to tell me I'm lucky to even wait for the doctor.Ridiculous to be honest.Thanks to Dr. Boland finally got out 4 house later with a piece of paper.Don't see Moore. Just miserable woman

I have to say that our paediatrician Dr.Buencamino is really good. Caring, patient, calm… he takes the time to explain everything to you BUT it’s almost impossible to get a hold of him or ANYBODY in this clinic. Last time my baby saw him was ages ago. In the meantime she got sick many times requiring prescriptions but every time I call them NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE! no voicemail neither. And when they miraculously do after you called 1 million times they tell you to go to the walk-in clinic and they can’t give you an appointment. My daughter saw the doctors from walk in clinics more than her pediatrician and I don’t think it’s normal.

The absolute WORST clinic. Receptionists are rude, inconsiderate with absolutely zero compassion. The doctors have taken an oath to help the ill, correct?? Well they turned my son away because unfortunately the doctor doesn't see patients under 10". He'll be 10 on Tuesday but clearly doesn't matter.. I asked for the doctor's name receptionist said they cannot disclose that information. What a poor excuse for a doctors office. Please

While I appreciate that this clinic gave me a last minute appointment for my newborn, I am not very happy with how the medical professionals operate at this clinic. Both the nurse and paediatrician that entered the room to check on my baby did not practice proper hand hygiene.The nurse did not wash her hands after seeing the patient before us. I noticed she wasn’t planning on washing her hands before touching my baby so I asked her kindly toDo so. She washed her hands without any issues. But I wish they made this regular permanent practise as there are many sickKids during this season who come into the clinic, better to not spread germs fromOne patient to the other.Next the paediatrician came In and same with her she wasn’t planning on washing her hands before checking my baby. The patient before us was battling a coughing cold and I did not want her to spread the sickness. So I asked her kindly if she could wash her hands before checking my baby. She did not wash her hands and said she sanitizes only. I thinkShe got offended. She sanitized her hands but it’s not the same as washing with water and soap.This is not the right clinic for me as these professionals do not practise proper hand hygiene in between their patients. I willBe looking for another paediatric clinic for my baby.

The walk-in clinic and the pediatric side is very busy and an appointment is recommended. The two pediatricians I recommend here are Dr.Sit and Dr.Lavorado who are amazing Doctors. Highly recommend either of them. My kids have been seeing Dr.Lavorado since they were born.

What's wrong with this Clinic? Been trying to call for the past 3 months and it's impossible to speak to someone. Called and left messages multiple times and haven't heard back in 3 months. My Pediatrician moved to this clinic and now there's no way of scheduling an appointment. I think my last option is to drive an hour there to make an appointment and for his follow-ups. Very frustrated with this office!

The paediatric side of this walk in clinic is good. But the doctors side is ridiculous. I had pneumonia, the first doctor was helpful. However my cough was still causing me a lot of discomfort so I went 9am, having to take both of my daughters. A doctor (Dr B) just sat there telling me about viruses in the community and wouldn’t even listen too me. Despite me telling him I just had pneumonia and still don’t feel better after a round of antibiotics. I tried to stop him from talking so that I could tell him I’m having chest pain from coughing so much, but he wouldn’t stop. I left this clinic in literally tears because the doctor was such a jerk. Save your time and go elsewhere.

It has been almost 2 months to get a refund for a visit my 9 year old child should NOT have been charged for. She had an expired health card that we didn't notice (obviously) so we had to pay for her visit. We left the office and went straight to get a new health card, went back to the doctors office the very next day with the new health card and yet almost 2 months in and still no refund. Why is a child under 18 who is a Canadian citizen being charged anyway? Why can't I get my money back? This is very upsetting and so unfair. We keep calling and inquiring and still nothing. I cannot believe my child had to be charged to be seen. So unsettling.

Dr. Lavorato is the best! Been here twice so far, really enjoyed both visits - and so did our little one! With our baby being born during the holidays, I wasn't sure we could get the first checkup visit in time but everything worked out as well as it possibly could. Highly recommended!
