My husband and I went there on Friday night and did the testing menu as well as mixology menu It was absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were delicious. The staff amazing. Haven't had that much fun and good food in a long time.

Really over priced for what you get.. definitely overrated.Only 2 other tables were occupied in the entire restaurant but we were put next to them, squished in, could hear every conversation.Food 40 minutes to come out.Considering there's a 2hr TIME LIMIT for dining in a near empty restaurant, its kind of ridiculous.(Whipped Ricotta, 3 of 4 beads was burnt and bitter, not edible) $17 Roasted Grapes" were just raw Grapes seared on top. Server said it was "Amazing" it was bland and so basic.My husband got the Lamb

Decided to come here on a whim with a group of friends after spending the day in Hamilton. The whole experience from the moment we entered to the moment we left was amazing. Food & drinks were 10/10. Mike made everything that much more enjoyable, you can see the passion he has for the industry :)

Food is soooo good! Both brunch and dinner have been incredible. A little bit more expensive, but worth it. Only comment is the cocktails i’ve had were a bit of a miss. Great atmosphere and little patio. Highly recommend.

Fantastic flavours in each dish. The menu is robust and offers a ton of variety. The bison striploin was especially delicious. Our server Ryan was fantastic! Great attitude and very honest about his recommendations. The atmosphere is quite nice, I absolutely love the pop art graphics in the interior Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. Food was absolutely fantastic! We had the strawberries and cream biscuit board, chicken and waffles, and the bone marrow and oxtail Benedict. Portions were larger and full of flavour.Definitely will be back to try other meals

Table of 6 adults on Father's Day, first time for 5 of us. Mike was an attentive server and knows his way around the menu.We ordered: Table Mimosas and Americano for drinks, Fried Chicken and Biscuits (x2), Avocado Toast, UD Benedict (x2), and the Pork Belly Benedict.Presentation on all of the food was great, served hot, and tasted excellent. We had a reservation so no waiting and drinks and food were well paced after we were seated. We'll definitely be back, thanks for a great meal!

Chicken and waffles was good but I’ve had much better. It was a bit hard to cut the chicken and it could have used more syrup. Good portion sizes and nice atmosphere. Service was slow however they gave complimentary buttermilk biscuits while we waited.

Although a little on the expensive side, you are paying for high quality food and great service.I came to Undefined on Valentine's Day with my partner. The restaurant was not accepting walk-ins on account they were booked solid with reservations. The servers and bartenders were fun and enthusiastic which definitely contributed to the good vibes this place gave off. The atmosphere was energetic without being too noisy or busy.We started with the Calamari. I ordered the UD Burger and my partner had the Duck & Agnolotti for our mains. The menu is seasonal, so what we ordered might not necessarily still be on menu now. The calamari was some of the best we ever had. It was crispy, had a bit of heat from the chili flakes and then melted in our mouths. My partner critiqued my uncreative" decision trip get a burger when there were so many interesting options

Went for a late dinner night and ordered the bore dumplings with a side of truffle oil, bone marrow, roasted lamb, torched cheesecake and banana tarte.The boar dumplings was hands down the best dumpling I’ve ever had. It had so much depth and flavour and it paired nicely with the truffle oil. They change the menu seasonally, which keeps is so fun and exciting trying new dishes.The staff were absolutely amazing!
