I cannot say enough good things about this service. Everyone did an amazing job at clearing out my parents house which was very full. They were efficient and very honest, any items that looked to be of value or sentimental was brought forward so we could decide what do, plus the had a great sense of humor. Ben's price was extremely reasonable and the work was completed in the time frame that was estimated, kudos to Ben and his team and thanks for making a difficult and sad situation much easier.

My mom moved into a retirement residence, her house sold within 5 days and the closing date was 2 weeks later. How to empty the contents of a family home quickly and painlessly? Call Hamilton Estate Services! What was a seemingly overwhelming task suddenly was very doable. Ben came, he saw, he conquered. He was honest, reliable, reasonable, and very understanding when I had emotional 'moments'. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Ben helped a relative out of a pickle she was in. Her apartment needed a huge declutter/dump run and some very deep cleaning. Ben's quote for the job was very reasonable considering how difficult the job turned out to be. He really takes pride in his work and is non judgmental. We were dealing with moving our father in law out of a 4000 square foot home, and into a retirement home. With him not bringing any of his furniture we knew we had quite the job getting rid of all the furniture. Called Ben, and without hesitation, he took on the job, furniture gone, home swept clean, stress free experience. Price was more than fair. Highly recommend his services.
