I like the end products. But 2 or 3 days to be able to pick up merchandise after it is done I find it unacceptable. Other similar stores you just go and pick the product when they say it is ready.

Management is poor management goes around talking about employees behind there back to other employees they say will have a meeting about raises witch never happen or get next to nothing, I have worked outside in the middle of winter at an auto wreckers and had a better experience freezing my a** off doing that then working here if u want to keep ur sanity look else where

Great place to work. Kutchin offers a good work environment that promotes team work as well as providing flexibility to its employees that I have not seen in other places. In my working experience Kutchin is the best place I have worked.
