Great service friendly and efficient. The owner is super friendly and gave our kid a freezeee when he heard he was teething.The equipment was clean and well maintained.Definitely recommend.

BEWARE!!!! Not even worth a 1. I've had 2 horrible experiences with this location. Completely incompetent employees and owner. Can't answer a phone nevermind make a sale. They will send you off unsafe too.

We had to rent a trailer at the last minute and was in a rush.O my way out for a pick up that was too large for my SUV, I pulled in to this U-Haul in Lindsay.I was greeted by TJ, the manager with quick resolution.They were friendly, flawless and I was hooked up within 30 minutes!5 STARS!!!

Worst Van rental dealer I’ve dealt with. Reservation was changed 24hrs prior to moving day with a smaller truck AND trailer as opposed to the 15’ truck originally reserved. We also had to go to Fenelon Falls to pick it up. Uhaul head office had also mentioned they had many complaints about this dealer when I talked with them.Another reviewer mentioned incompetence and I couldn’t agree more. I thought I was dealing with somebody who either didn’t want the job or was very ill-suited for the position. He even told me he was the only place in town and seemed proud that people had to put up with his dim wit and abrasive attitude.Note: Uhaul head office staff were very helpful afterwards.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!I rented a truck and dolly. Drove well under 20km, expected charges around $60 at most even though it should have been closer to $50. They charged OVER $100! Their justification was $10 in gas costs over $50 Never again am I renting from here. These people are scammers and thieves.

Renting from this place has been a total disaster! Total disregard for the customer! Battery has dies twice and we have not even returned the truck yet! Waitin for a boost right now at my expense but don’t worry they will be getting the bill for the boost and I will be going after my bill for the boost and a refund on the truck rental cost! If you are going to run a business, deal with customers.. have some one at the business to deal with problems if they occur! Not be at your cottage or in your in your tub! Do not deal with these crooks!

We rented a 5x8 trailer. The trailer was in good shape (and they had 2 to choose from). There is lots of room to manoeuver in the parking lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was in a pinch, wifes car died at work and needed a trailer asap to get it home. Called around and was found one at this location. The owner bent over backwards for me as it was very short notice and after closing time. They waited for me, helped me hook up and made sure I had everything I needed. The equipment was in excellent shape, and the price was fair. I've used this location a few other times in the past and have nothing but positive experience. Thanks again Tj and staff.

Complete joke. Truck isn't ready...no keys and the guy working here couldn't even give a curiosity call to let us know the truck wouldn't be ready for us at 630 am. Had to wait until they open at 8 am on Easter weekend. Plans ruined and put us behind several hours. Will not be back here

we are really very very dissatisfied with the car rental service here of U-Haul. I found myself trapped and deceived. Really nothing to say.
